Chapter 2 PROBLEM STATEMENT
Intercom Integrated with Camera and Monitor is to improve the current intercom to give more safety to human being. In Malaysia, because lack of place to build a terrace houses, the apartments, condominiums have been built to support the increased number of Malaysian population. If own a terrace house, just lock the gate carefully and need not worries anymore. Neighbours also can be told to look after the house. For apartments or condominiums, having a guard house with several guards does not guarantees that the unit have more safety, because it can be a person disguise as someone knew to the owner of a house unit to trespassing the apartments territory. If an apartment installed an intercom, it is still not safe because the guest only can give their name and who actually they are, and it is difficult to the house owner to recognize someone by the voice. Furthermore, voice will change a little bit when receiver hear it from a speaker.
